Our Classes

Strong Vinyasa

Deepen your understanding of the foundational principles of Yoga in this class designed for intermediate practitioners.

The class lays its foundations in Ashtanga to build strength and help to clear the mind of the day through incorporating Ujjayi Breath and strong movement meeting in a peak pose. You will leave the class fully refreshed and renewed.

Gentle Vinyasa

An ideal choice for beginners, the class offers a slower approach to Vinyasa combining both breath and movement.

The class will provide opportunity for poses to be broken down and the benefits to the body explained.

Each Gentle Vinyasa class will finish in restorative poses to help centre the mind and create ultimate relaxation.

Strong Flow Vinyasa

This mid-week treat will help ease those work week stresses away. 

Through this strong flow class you will start to build strength as well as develop the use of the breath to remove those everyday stresses. 

You will leave the class fully refreshed and renewed.
